Returns & Replacements
Please note that TheFramedWall does not accept any returns. In case of a defective product, TheFramedWall will ship a new piece to you completely free of cost.
Kindly note that you cannot ask for a different product or design as a replacement.
Kindly note that TheFramedWall takes utmost care in manufacturing, packing and shipping products. We request you to refer to the size chart provided along with apparel products to avoid sizing issues.
In the unfortunate event that you do receive a defective/ damaged product, do write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on Whatsapp. Do not forget to mention your order number and attach photos of the defective product. Our team will validate the replacement request and initiate the replacement process at the earliest.
We do not offer Returns & Replacement. T-Shirt, Stickers, Badge, Coffee Mugs, Poster, Mouse Pad, manufactured on-demand and made for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
In case you have received a defective or damaged product, you need to inform us about the same within 48 hours of delivery of the product & send request for Return/Replacement along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the product within 48 hours of delivery. Mobile Cover can only be replaced / returned for any manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered. (No returns / replacement will be allowed if not satisfied with the print ordered or the quality of the case). We use the best raw materials for making this phone case, but each design has its own look and feel on the phone case. Request you to order the designs according to your choice. In Case of Return or Replacement of Defective/Damaged & Wrong Product
Once your request for Return/Replacement is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
Note: Reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pin codes & the customer will need to self-ship their package to our warehouse in this case. Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit. Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If it passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you. You will be able to track the new shipment.

Note:Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, in the expected condition and the product has not been misused in any way, we will initiate a full refund to your selected mode of payment within 5 to 6 working days or we will send you the replacement for the wrong/defective product.
Cancellation of Order
Once the order is ready for dispatch or dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the order. To cancel any orders before the product has been shipped, send an email along with your Order Id to firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address.
Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request.
Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
After confirmation of the cancellation request, your entire order amount will be refunded to your selected mode of payment within 5 to 6 working days. If you want to edit your order, we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to email@example.com and we will see if we can work it out for you. You may opt in to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund the amount to your bank account.
